One of my favorite places in Hakodate. It is a small island park with a large field in the center. It is very peaceful and quiet; the perfect place for a walk or to read a book. Feeling the nice ocean breeze in the summer time while looking out into the bay was my favorite part of my trip to Hakodate. Would highly recommend this spot if you enjoy taking walks or nice views.
A nice park to walk around on the waterfront of Hakodate. There is a large carpark, event space and sport fields. Good views of Hakodate city, port and ferry terminals.

I think it's perfect for walking or running!
I think it's good for children as it has play equipment, but it's a little difficult to access (there's only one entrance), so be careful.
